1. Welcome to the SEDA ROSE Bespoke Program

At SEDA ROSE Jewellers, we believe meaningful jewellery should be chosen with care, consideration and a personal understanding of what matters most to each customer.

Our proposed Bespoke Program is designed to offer a flexible way for customers to contribute towards future jewellery purchases while exploring personalised sourcing and bespoke design opportunities.

Customers may build a prepaid jewellery store-credit balance at a pace that suits their circumstances, without being required to select a particular piece of jewellery when they first express interest.

The program is intended to provide flexibility, personalised assistance and a thoughtful purchasing experience.

2. Nature of the Program

The Bespoke Program would operate as a prepaid jewellery store-credit arrangement.

Contributions accepted into an eligible customer account would be recorded as credit intended for purchases from SEDA ROSE Jewellers.

The program is not intended to provide interest, investment returns or cash savings.

It is not advertised as a bank deposit, investment account or government-guaranteed savings product.

However, the legal classification of the arrangement depends on applicable law, not merely its name or description.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Participation would be available only to customers who meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

Customers must ordinarily be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into the agreement. Any additional age or eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law must also be satisfied.

Each participant would maintain an individual account in their registered name.

Customers must provide accurate contact and account information and cooperate with reasonable lawful verification requests.

SEDA ROSE may decline enrolment for legitimate legal, payment-security, fraud-prevention or operational reasons, subject to applicable law.

4. Personal Spending Target

When joining, customers would select an approximate jewellery spending target.

This target is intended to guide their contribution preferences and future sourcing discussions.

It does not constitute a confirmed jewellery order, a binding purchase commitment or a guaranteed future purchase price.

Customers may change their preferred spending target or jewellery preferences, subject to the program's applicable rules.

SEDA ROSE does not reserve a particular diamond, gemstone or jewellery item merely because a customer establishes a target.

5. Initial Contribution

The proposed initial contribution would be 2% of the customer's selected spending target, subject to applicable eligibility, payment and balance limits.

For example: Spending target proposed initial contribution $5,000, $100. $10,000, $200. $20,000, $400. $50,000 $1,000.

The full accepted contribution would be credited towards the customer's eligible prepaid jewellery balance.

The initial contribution is not intended to be a separate enrolment, consultation or administration fee.

Any payment charges that may lawfully apply must be separately disclosed before payment.

6. Additional Contributions

Following enrolment, customers may make voluntary additional contributions.

The proposed minimum additional contribution is $50 AUD, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

There would be no compulsory weekly, fortnightly or monthly contribution schedule.

Customers may contribute more frequently, less frequently or pause contributions according to their circumstances.

A suggested contribution schedule may be provided for guidance, but it does not create a debt, arrears or obligation to continue making payments.

No penalty would apply merely because a customer skips a suggested contribution.

7. Suggested Contribution Guidance

As an optional guide, customers may choose to contribute approximately 2% of their selected spending target each week.

This is a recommendation only.

Customers may change their contribution frequency and amount, subject to applicable minimums and maximums.

The suggested 12-month milestone is intended as a personal planning goal, not a mandatory holding period.

Customers are not required to wait 12 months before requesting a jewellery purchase.

8. Maximum Prepaid Balance

The proposed maximum combined unused prepaid value is $50,000 AUD per customer.

This proposed limit would apply to the combined value of:

  • Unused Bespoke Program credit.
  • Any SEDA ROSE digital gift-card value attributable to the same customer, as determined under the final legally approved program rules.

The limit is an internal proposed business restriction, not a representation that $50,000 is a regulatory exemption or legally approved threshold.

SEDA ROSE may impose lower limits where required by law, payment-provider restrictions or its approved operating arrangements.

Contributions that would exceed the applicable limit will not be accepted.

Where technically possible, a contribution may be reduced to the amount permitted within the limit, with the customer's approval.

Otherwise, the proposed contribution may be declined.

Gift-card conversions, multiple accounts or other arrangements must not be used to circumvent applicable legal or program limits.

9. Payments and Account Records

Contributions, if the program is launched, would be accepted only through payment methods expressly authorised by SEDA ROSE.

Payments must be made by the registered account holder using a payment method they are authorised to use and that satisfies the program's identity and payment-verification requirements.

Third-party contributions to another person's Bespoke Program account would not ordinarily be permitted.

SEDA ROSE would maintain an individual transaction record for each customer, showing accepted contributions, eligible purchases, adjustments and remaining credit.

A contribution would be recorded only after payment has been successfully received and appropriately verified.

Customers would receive payment confirmation and updated balance information after accepted contributions.

Account statements would be available on reasonable request, subject to identity verification.

10. Nature and Safeguarding of Customer Funds

SEDA ROSE intends to maintain accurate accounting records and separate the administration of customer prepaid-credit obligations from ordinary retail sales.

Any future handling of prepaid funds must comply with applicable legal and payment-provider requirements.

A separate bank account, internal ledger or promise not to use funds for ordinary business expenses does not, by itself, create a legally recognised trust, escrow arrangement or insolvency guarantee.

Unless a legally established protection arrangement is expressly confirmed in the final approved terms, customers must not be led to believe that their prepaid funds are guaranteed or protected from business insolvency.

The final treatment, safeguarding and disclosure of customer funds will be determined following specialist legal review.

11. Pausing Contributions and Account Inactivity

Customers may pause voluntary contributions without providing a reason.

No fee or penalty would apply merely because a customer stops contributing.

The suggested first planning period would be 12 months.

Customers could continue their participation beyond this period without an automatic renewal charge.

After approximately 12 months without progressing towards a purchase, SEDA ROSE may pause active personalised sourcing or concierge assistance until the customer contacts us to resume.

An inactive account may be administratively archived where lawful.

Administrative inactivity would not, by itself, extinguish valid prepaid credit.

Any legal expiry, unclaimed-money, dormancy or other mandatory requirements must be observed.

12. Selecting Jewellery

Customers may request assistance with selecting or sourcing jewellery at any stage, subject to their available balance and the applicable purchasing arrangements.

The customer may choose:

  • A ready-made jewellery piece.
  • A natural diamond or other gemstone.
  • A bespoke jewellery creation.
  • A specially sourced item.
  • More than one eligible jewellery purchase.

A customer is not required to purchase the exact type of jewellery originally contemplated at enrolment.

SEDA ROSE may assist in identifying suitable options within the customer's preferred budget.

No particular jewellery item, gemstone specification, supplier or price is guaranteed before a confirmed purchase.

13. Personalised Sourcing and Retail Pricing

SEDA ROSE may source jewellery from Australian or international manufacturers, wholesalers, independent suppliers or retailers.

We may compare available options and endeavour to identify jewellery that reasonably matches the customer's preferences and budget.

We do not guarantee the lowest market price, a fixed discount or a particular amount of savings.

SEDA ROSE operates as a retailer and may earn a commercial profit margin on jewellery sold.

The final retail price may include supplier costs, sourcing, consultation, design coordination, administration, applicable delivery arrangements and our profit margin.

Internal supplier costs and profit calculations are confidential business information unless disclosure is required by law.

No separate sourcing or concierge fee will automatically be deducted from a customer's prepaid-credit balance.

Any separately charged service must be disclosed and agreed before the customer incurs the charge.

14. Final Quotations

When a customer identifies jewellery they wish to purchase, SEDA ROSE would provide a written quotation containing the relevant specifications and total retail price.

The quotation would identify, where applicable:

  • The jewellery design and materials.
  • Gemstone origin, type and relevant characteristics.
  • Precious-metal specifications.
  • Any included independent grading documentation.
  • The final retail price in AUD.
  • Applicable delivery charges and estimated timeframe.
  • Any relevant special-order or customisation conditions.

Quotations would generally remain valid for 48 hours unless otherwise specified.

Supplier availability must be confirmed before acceptance.

A spending target or previously discussed estimate does not guarantee the price of a future jewellery purchase.

15. Written Approval and Final Payment

Before procurement begins, the customer must approve the final quotation and relevant specifications in writing.

Full cleared payment of the agreed retail price must be received before SEDA ROSE commits funds to purchasing, reserving or commissioning the jewellery.

Where permitted by the final approved program arrangements, payment may be made using eligible Bespoke Program credit and additional authorised payment methods.

Any additional payment made directly towards a confirmed jewellery order must be recorded as a purchase payment rather than automatically treated as a further prepaid-credit contribution.

No jewellery purchase occurs merely because a customer has accumulated credit.

16. Jewellery Changes and Substitutions

Once a confirmed order has been accepted, requested design or specification changes are not guaranteed.

SEDA ROSE may consider changes where technically and commercially feasible.

Any additional charges or revised specifications must be approved before proceeding.

If a selected gemstone or jewellery item becomes unavailable, SEDA ROSE may offer an alternative.

No material substitution or revised price will be imposed without the customer's approval.

Where an accepted order cannot be fulfilled and the customer declines an alternative, the appropriate statutory or contractual remedy will apply.

17. Using Prepaid Credit

Eligible prepaid credit would be applied towards the retail price of jewellery purchased from SEDA ROSE in accordance with the final approved program rules.

Customers would not be required to spend their entire balance in one purchase.

If the value of a purchase is lower than the available balance, the unused eligible credit would remain recorded for future purchases, subject to applicable law.

If the purchase price exceeds the available balance, the customer may pay the difference using an authorised payment method.

The proposed $50,000 unused-credit limit would not automatically limit the total price of a confirmed jewellery order paid partly with additional direct purchase funds.

Any purchase remains subject to lawful payment, verification and transaction limits.

18. Cancellations and Refunds of Prepaid Credit

The program is intended for prepaid jewellery purchases rather than unrestricted cash withdrawals.

SEDA ROSE does not propose to offer general voluntary cash withdrawals or change-of-mind refunds of unused credit.

However, customers retain all refund, repayment, cancellation, reversal and other rights arising under applicable law and the final enforceable agreement.

Any legally required refund must be provided in the form and manner required by law.

SEDA ROSE will not impose a cancellation or termination charge unless it is lawful, enforceable and properly disclosed.

No provision permits SEDA ROSE to confiscate valid customer credit merely because a customer pauses contributions, raises a complaint or requests account closure.

The precise legal treatment of unused balances, refunds and account closure remains subject to specialist review before launch.

19. Jewellery Returns and Consumer Guarantees

Jewellery purchased through the program would be subject to SEDA ROSE's applicable purchase terms and statutory consumer guarantees.

SEDA ROSE does not generally offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.

Custom-made and specially sourced jewellery may be subject to particular agreed cancellation conditions.

These arrangements do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Where a customer is legally entitled to a monetary refund for a jewellery purchase, SEDA ROSE will not unlawfully require the customer to accept store credit instead.

20. Digital E-Gift Card Arrangements

SEDA ROSE may introduce digital e-gift cards as a separate service following appropriate legal and operational review.

The proposed minimum e-gift card value is $50 AUD.

Eligible cards may include a personal message and be delivered electronically after payment and verification.

Where legally and operationally permitted, customers may be offered an option to convert eligible prepaid jewellery credit into an e-gift card for another recipient.

Any such conversion would require appropriate customer authorisation and accurate accounting.

A conversion would not create additional credit or allow applicable balance limits to be circumvented.

Gift cards would be governed by separately published terms, including lawful expiry, redemption, partial balances, loss and refund arrangements.

Any applicable Australian minimum three-year expiry requirement and other mandatory gift-card protections would be observed.

Gift-card conversion is a proposed feature, not an existing entitlement, until legally approved and formally introduced.

21. Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention

SEDA ROSE may carry out reasonable verification of account ownership, payment authorisation and customer identity where lawful.

We may temporarily restrict transactions or account activity where there are genuine grounds to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorised payments or material account misuse.

Any restriction must be lawful and proportionate.

Verified accounting errors and legally required payment corrections will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.

Customers' valid credit and statutory rights will not be unlawfully forfeited.

22. Identity Verification & Bespoke Order Security

SEDA ROSE Jewellers may require reasonable identity and payment verification before accepting or proceeding with a bespoke jewellery commission, particularly where an order involves high-value materials, personalised procurement, significant financial commitments or identifiable fraud or security risks.

Verification may include confirmation of the customer's legal name, contact details, payment authority and other information reasonably necessary to protect the customer and the business.

SEDA ROSE Jewellers may delay commencement of procurement or production until required verification has been satisfactorily completed.

Where verification cannot be completed, SEDA ROSE Jewellers may decline a proposed commission or take other reasonable action permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

Where a commission has already been accepted, any cancellation, refund or other contractual consequence will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Customer identity information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

23. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide accurate information and communicate their jewellery preferences, specifications and purchase approvals clearly.

Customers must not knowingly provide false payment information, misuse another person's account or engage in fraudulent transactions.

Customers should promptly notify SEDA ROSE of suspected account errors or unauthorised activity.

These responsibilities do not remove SEDA ROSE's own statutory obligations.

23. Respectful Communication and Customer Support

The Bespoke Program is intended to offer a personal and considered jewellery experience.

SEDA ROSE values honesty, patience, courtesy and mutual respect throughout the customer relationship.

We welcome genuine questions, concerns and feedback.

Where lawful, SEDA ROSE may limit abusive, threatening or fraudulent communications and take proportionate steps to protect its staff and business operations.

Nothing in this section restricts customers from making legitimate complaints, exercising statutory rights or seeking assistance from regulators.

24. Program Changes, Suspension and Closure

SEDA ROSE may change the program for future customers or future contributions where legally permitted.

Material changes affecting existing participants must comply with applicable contract, notice, consent and consumer-law requirements.

SEDA ROSE may suspend new enrolments or contributions for legitimate operational, legal, payment-provider or security reasons.

If the program is discontinued, existing customer balances and obligations must be handled in accordance with applicable law and the enforceable agreement.

Program closure does not automatically authorise forfeiture of unused credit.

25. Liability and External Circumstances

SEDA ROSE may experience supplier disruptions, delivery delays, price changes or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEDA ROSE may exclude or limit liability for losses for which it is not legally responsible.

No limitation excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees, mandatory repayment obligations or other rights protected by law.

Any limitation of liability must comply with applicable unfair-contract-term and consumer-protection requirements.

26. Privacy and Account Records

Customer information would be handled in accordance with SEDA ROSE's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information may be used to administer accounts, verify payments, maintain balances, communicate about purchases, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Relevant records may be retained for the periods required by applicable taxation, accounting, financial-services and other laws.

Marketing communications would be subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

27. Complaints and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact SEDA ROSE with questions or concerns regarding their account, payments, credit balance or jewellery purchases.

We may request reasonable supporting information to investigate a concern.

SEDA ROSE will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Customers remain free to exercise their statutory rights, contact relevant regulators or use lawful dispute-resolution and payment-dispute processes.

Any additional external dispute-resolution obligations imposed by the program's final regulatory classification must be satisfied before launch.

28. Governing Law

The program would be governed by applicable Australian law and the relevant enforceable contractual arrangements.

The appropriate state or territory governing-law provisions will be confirmed before launch.

Nothing in the agreement excludes mandatory consumer protections or other laws that apply to a customer and cannot lawfully be displaced.

29. Relationship With Other SEDA ROSE Documents

This proposed agreement is intended to operate alongside:

  • SEDA ROSE Website Terms & Conditions.
  • SEDA ROSE Privacy Policy.
  • Applicable jewellery quotations and accepted purchase agreements.
  • Relevant delivery and returns provisions.
  • Digital E-Gift Card Terms, if introduced.

Where a specific transaction is subject to additional agreed terms, those terms must be interpreted consistently with applicable law.

No document overrides a customer's non-excludable statutory rights.
