Retail quotations include SEDA ROSE’s commercial pricing and sourcing arrangements. A separate concierge fee is not automatically deducted from your prepaid-credit balance.

What Happens After My Enquiry?
SEDA ROSE can follow up about your jewellery vision, goal and proposed arrangements. An enquiry does not automatically create an account. Your request is reviewed, and your program agreement and unique Customer ID need to be confirmed before you use the contribution process.
How Is My Credit Recorded?
Accepted contributions are recorded as eligible prepaid jewellery store credit under your agreement. The starting contribution forms part of that credit, rather than a separate enrolment fee. This is credit for eligible SEDA ROSE purchases; it is not a bank account, interest-bearing savings account or investment, and it does not lock in future jewellery prices.
How Are Accounts Protected?
Reasonable identity and payment verification may be required for enrolment, certain payments, account changes or redemption. This may include confirming your legal name, contact details and authority to use a payment method.
Additional checks may be needed for unusually large transactions, third-party payments or requests to change account details or transfer credit where permitted. Activity may be delayed or restricted while reasonable checks are completed. Where verification cannot be completed, SEDA ROSE may decline a transaction or take lawful, proportionate protective measures.
Decisions affecting existing credit, refunds or contractual entitlements remain subject to your agreement and applicable law. Identity information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Please do not send identity documents or card details through this enquiry form.
Can I Cancel Or Withdraw Credit?
The program is intended for eligible jewellery purchases, and credit is not ordinarily available for voluntary cash withdrawal. Cancellation, redemption, refunds and repayment entitlements depend on your agreement and applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Please review the Bespoke Program Terms before joining.

Fine jewellery is often a significant purchase. We believe you should have the opportunity to explore your options thoughtfully, without feeling pressured to make an immediate decision.
Our proposed program will allow customers to contribute towards future eligible jewellery purchases at a pace that suits them.
You will not need to choose your final jewellery piece when you begin.
Instead, you can explore your preferences, develop your ideas and request personalised sourcing assistance when you are ready.
How Your Journey Will Work
1. Choose Your Personal Goal
Begin by selecting an approximate jewellery spending target.
This may reflect a particular piece you have in mind or simply the amount you would like to work towards.
Your target is a planning guide, not a confirmed order or guaranteed future price.
2. Begin With 2%
The proposed initial contribution is just 2% of your selected spending target.
For example, a $10,000 target would begin with a $200 contribution.
The full accepted contribution would be added to your prepaid jewellery store-credit balance, rather than charged as a separate enrolment fee.
3. Contribute at Your Own Pace
After your initial contribution, you may add to your balance voluntarily, with a proposed minimum additional contribution of $50.
There is no compulsory weekly payment schedule.
You may contribute regularly, occasionally or pause contributions when you need to.
Our suggested contribution milestones are designed to help you plan, not to place you under financial pressure.

We can explore suitable sourcing opportunities, discuss designs and help you consider options within your preferred budget.

Customer Identification, Account Security & Payment Verification
To protect the integrity of the SEDA ROSE Bespoke Program and safeguard customer contributions, SEDA ROSE Jewellers may require reasonable identity verification before approving enrolment, accepting certain payments, authorising account changes or permitting redemption of prepaid jewellery store credit.
Customers may be required to provide accurate legal names, contact information, billing details and other information reasonably necessary to establish or verify their identity and authority to use a nominated payment method.
SEDA ROSE Jewellers may request additional verification where transactions are unusually large, inconsistent with previous account activity, involve third-party payments, raise reasonable concerns regarding payment authority or present other identifiable fraud or security risks.
Where appropriate, SEDA ROSE Jewellers may require additional confirmation before accepting payments from an account or payment method held in another person's name.
For customer protection, requests to change account ownership details, transfer any balance where transfers are permitted, amend payment arrangements or redeem accumulated store credit may be subject to further verification.
SEDA ROSE Jewellers may temporarily restrict account activity or delay a transaction while reasonable identity, payment or security checks are completed.
Where identity verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorised account activity or unlawful conduct, SEDA ROSE Jewellers may decline a proposed transaction or take other lawful and proportionate protective measures.
Any decision affecting existing customer funds, account balances, refunds or contractual entitlements will remain subject to the Bespoke Program Agreement, Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legal requirements.
Identity-verification information will be collected, handled, protected and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Participation in the Bespoke Program does not remove or limit any statutory consumer rights.
6. Approve Your Jewellery
Once you have selected your preferred piece, we will provide the relevant specifications and a final quotation.
You will have the opportunity to review and approve the details before an order proceeds.
Your eligible prepaid credit can then be applied towards the purchase price under the program's approved terms.
Full payment and written order approval are required before procurement or manufacturing begins.
Thoughtful Flexibility
Your jewellery preferences may change over time, and your plans should have room to evolve.
The proposed program is designed to allow you to adjust your spending target, explore different jewellery options and use eligible credit across more than one purchase.
Your contributions are intended to remain recorded as eligible store credit, subject to the program's terms and applicable law.
The program does not pay interest, guarantee investment returns or lock in future jewellery prices.

SEDA ROSE may source jewellery through selected Australian and international suppliers, manufacturers and other providers.
We aim to identify suitable options based on your preferences, specifications and budget, although availability, pricing and particular results cannot be guaranteed.
Our retail quotations include our commercial pricing and sourcing arrangements. We do not automatically deduct a separate concierge fee from your prepaid-credit balance.
