1. About the Infinite Loyalty Circle
The SEDA ROSE Infinite Loyalty Circle is a complimentary customer appreciation program designed to recognise and reward customers who continue to choose SEDA ROSE Jewellers.
Under this program, eligible customers who complete ten qualifying jewellery purchases become entitled to select one complimentary jewellery piece with a retail value of up to AUD $1,000, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
There is no separate membership or enrolment fee.
2. Eligibility
The Infinite Loyalty Circle is available to eligible individual customers who purchase jewellery directly from SEDA ROSE Jewellers.
Qualifying purchases must be recorded under the same customer account or otherwise be reliably attributable to the same customer.
Purchases made by different customers cannot ordinarily be combined to obtain a reward.
Loyalty progress and rewards are personal to the eligible customer and cannot be sold or transferred unless SEDA ROSE expressly agrees or applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Qualifying Jewellery Purchases
To qualify towards the loyalty milestone, a purchase must:
- Be a genuine jewellery purchase made directly from SEDA ROSE Jewellers.
- Have a final eligible jewellery purchase value of at least AUD $500.
- Be fully paid and accepted by SEDA ROSE.
- Have been completed and fulfilled.
- Remain eligible following any applicable cancellation, refund or adjustment.
Each separate qualifying jewellery order counts as one qualifying purchase, regardless of the number of jewellery items included in that order.
Shipping charges, separately charged services, gift-card purchases and prepaid store-credit contributions do not count towards the AUD $500 minimum.
Purchases below AUD $500 cannot be combined to create a qualifying purchase.
4. Earning Loyalty Rewards
Each qualifying purchase earns one recorded purchase towards the ten-purchase milestone.
Upon completing ten qualifying purchases, the customer becomes eligible to receive one complimentary jewellery reward.
Once the earned reward has been redeemed, a new loyalty cycle may begin.
Purchases already counted towards a redeemed reward cannot be counted again towards another reward.
5. Complimentary Jewellery Reward
Upon completing ten qualifying purchases, an eligible customer may select one complimentary jewellery item from the reward options made available by SEDA ROSE.
The complimentary reward has a maximum eligible retail value of AUD $1,000.
The reward consists of a jewellery item and does not represent a cash payment, refundable deposit or transferable store-credit balance.
Customers are not automatically entitled to receive AUD $1,000 in cash, store credit or a gift card.
Where the selected eligible reward has a retail value below AUD $1,000, the unused difference is not payable, refundable or redeemable.
The reward cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
6. Reward Selection
Reward selection is limited to jewellery items expressly made available or individually approved by SEDA ROSE for loyalty redemption.
Not every item displayed on the SEDA ROSE website is necessarily eligible as a complimentary reward.
Customers may communicate their preferences regarding jewellery style, design, metal and gemstones.
SEDA ROSE may offer suitable reward options within the advertised maximum retail value.
Reward availability and eligibility will be confirmed before redemption.
Any restrictions on reward selection must be clearly disclosed and must not make the advertised reward misleading or effectively unavailable.
7. Higher-Priced Jewellery and Upgrades
The complimentary reward is limited to an eligible jewellery item with a retail value of up to AUD $1,000.
Customers do not have an automatic right to apply the reward as a AUD $1,000 discount towards a more expensive jewellery purchase.
SEDA ROSE may offer an upgrade or alternative arrangement at its discretion, subject to prior written agreement and applicable law.
Any additional amount payable must be disclosed and accepted before proceeding.
8. Reward Availability and Fulfilment
Complimentary jewellery rewards are subject to reasonable product and supplier availability.
If an approved reward becomes unavailable, SEDA ROSE will offer an appropriate alternative consistent with the advertised reward and applicable law.
Customers will not be required to accept a materially different substitute without agreement.
Rewards will be supplied within any expressly agreed timeframe or otherwise within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law.
9. Delivery of Complimentary Rewards
The complimentary jewellery reward does not include delivery unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable shipping and delivery charges are payable separately by the customer, where lawful.
SEDA ROSE will clearly disclose the applicable delivery arrangements, charges or method of calculating charges, and any geographical restrictions before a customer begins participating in the Infinite Loyalty Circle.
No undisclosed fees will be imposed as a condition of redeeming an earned reward.
Any delivery arrangements remain subject to applicable consumer law.
10. Reward Validity — No Expiry
Once a customer has completed ten qualifying jewellery purchases and earned their complimentary jewellery reward, the reward will not expire.
Customers may request redemption at a later date, subject to the applicable reward-selection conditions and reasonable availability.
SEDA ROSE may update or discontinue the Infinite Loyalty Circle for future participation where legally permitted.
However, discontinuing the program will not, by itself, cancel a valid reward already earned.
No inactivity or expiry fee will be imposed on an earned reward.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or obligations that apply to the reward.
11. Refunds, Cancellations and Purchase Adjustments
Cancelled orders and purchases refunded in full do not ordinarily count towards the loyalty milestone.
Where a purchase is partially refunded or adjusted, its eligibility may be reassessed according to its final qualifying value.
SEDA ROSE may correct genuine recordkeeping errors, duplicate entries or incorrectly recorded purchases.
Any adjustments must be reasonable, accurately recorded and consistent with applicable consumer law.
Customers will not lose their statutory refund or other consumer rights because a purchase earned loyalty progress.
12. Bespoke Program and Prepaid Store Credit
Contributions to the proposed SEDA ROSE Bespoke Program do not count as individual jewellery purchases.
If the Bespoke Program is legally approved and launched, a completed qualifying jewellery purchase paid using eligible prepaid store credit may count towards the Infinite Loyalty Circle.
The number or frequency of prepaid contributions does not determine loyalty progress.
Only the completed eligible jewellery purchase is counted.
The proposed Bespoke Program remains unavailable for prepaid customer contributions until formally launched.
13. Digital Gift Cards
Purchasing a SEDA ROSE digital gift card does not itself constitute a qualifying jewellery purchase.
Where permitted under the applicable gift-card and loyalty rules, a completed eligible jewellery purchase paid using a gift card may qualify.
Gift-card redemptions do not generate additional loyalty credit merely because a gift card was purchased previously.
14. Loyalty Tracking and Verification
SEDA ROSE will maintain reasonable records of qualifying purchases and redeemed rewards.
Customers may contact us to request information about their loyalty progress.
We may request reasonable purchase or identity information to verify eligibility.
Where a customer identifies a possible recording error, SEDA ROSE will review the relevant transaction records and make corrections where appropriate.
No separate loyalty membership fee is charged.
15. Fraud and Program Misuse
SEDA ROSE may investigate genuine suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, unauthorised account activity or deliberate manipulation of qualifying purchases.
Where legally permitted, fraudulent entries may be corrected and affected reward processing may be temporarily suspended while reasonable verification takes place.
SEDA ROSE will not arbitrarily confiscate valid rewards or penalise customers for exercising lawful consumer rights.
16. Program Changes, Suspension and Discontinuation
SEDA ROSE may amend, suspend or discontinue the Infinite Loyalty Circle for future participation where legally permitted.
Any material changes affecting the ability to earn or redeem rewards will be communicated clearly and with appropriate notice.
Changes must not be misleading, unfair or unlawfully remove accrued rights.
Where legally required, customers who have already made qualifying purchases will retain appropriate opportunities to receive the benefits offered when those purchases were made.
SEDA ROSE does not guarantee that the program will be offered indefinitely to new customers.
A valid complimentary jewellery reward already earned will not expire merely because the program is amended or discontinued.
17. No Guaranteed Additional Benefits
Participation does not automatically entitle customers to additional discounts, complimentary services, exclusive products, special events or promotional gifts beyond those expressly offered.
SEDA ROSE may introduce optional promotions or benefits from time to time.
Any additional promotion will be governed by its applicable disclosed conditions.
18. Privacy and Customer Information
Customer information may be used to administer loyalty records, verify qualifying purchases, communicate reward eligibility and fulfil rewards.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the SEDA ROSE Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
19. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SEDA ROSE will honour its advertised reward obligations in accordance with applicable law.
The program must not be represented in a misleading or deceptive manner.
20. Complaints and Enquiries
Customers are encouraged to contact SEDA ROSE regarding loyalty eligibility, purchase records, reward selection or redemption concerns.
We may request reasonable supporting information to investigate a complaint.
Customers retain their rights to contact consumer authorities and pursue other lawful remedies.
21. Relationship With Other Terms
These program conditions should be read alongside the applicable:

- Relevant jewellery purchase terms.
- Bespoke Program Terms & Conditions, if the program is launched.
- Digital E-Gift Card Terms, if applicable.
Where mandatory law conflicts with a contractual provision, the applicable law prevails.
