Where an independent certificate or grading report is included, the relevant laboratory and documentation will be identified.
Gemstone grading may involve professional assessment, and different grading organisations may apply different standards or methodologies.
SEDA ROSE does not independently guarantee the accuracy of every third-party grading opinion beyond its applicable legal obligations and any express representations made to the customer.
We will not advertise a gemstone as independently certified unless appropriate supporting documentation exists.
5. Personalised Sourcing and Third-Party Suppliers
SEDA ROSE provides personalised jewellery sourcing and may obtain products through Australian or international manufacturers, wholesalers, independent suppliers and retailers.
Supplier availability, manufacturing capacity and product specifications may change.
SEDA ROSE may research multiple sourcing options to identify jewellery suitable for a customer's preferences and proposed budget.
We do not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled or that a particular gemstone, design or product will remain available.
